Rutgers Climate Bridge Panel 8: Visions for Place

Abstract

ACT NOW - The climate crisis, which is also becoming increasingly visible in everyday life, is a call to action for our profession, because more and more fields of activity are directly or indirectly referencing to our professional work. The challenge is the combination of climate-friendly open spaces with a high quality of design and the participation of the population. Using urban and rural examples, I will try to show the opportunities for us as designers.
